Julie Steller, DVM

Dr. Steller is a 2003 graduate of the U of MN College of Veterinary Medicine. She loved vet school and always dreamed of working at the CVM one day. After graduation she worked in private practice for six years before becoming a shelter veterinarian. She has also had a variety of other pursuits including teaching vet tech students, doing relief work, and working with recues and animal control. She honed her spay/neuter skills in shelter practice. Dr. Steller loves teaching and being a mentor to all students and strives to make the student experience positive within a supportive learning environment. She currently leads 4th year students through the UMSN rotation, which is the spay/neuter rotation, and loves working with students and her colleagues.
