- Complimentary Kindle Edition of In the Company of Grace: A Veterinarian’s Memoir of Trauma and Healing by Dr. Jody Lulich. Dr. Jody Lulich is one of the keynote speakers at the Summit.
- Electronic access to all presenter handouts, when applicable
- Food & Beverage
- Breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack and continuous beverage service on Tuesday and Wednesday

- Light receptions on Tuesday and Wednesday

Registration process:
Registration can be completed by someone other than the attendee, choose “I am registering one or more people”
If you have previously registered for another event or course at the University of Minnesota, you should choose “I have an account already”
If you have never registered for an event at the University of Minnesota, you should choose “New User?”
Be prepared to indicate which breakout sessions you are most likely to attend to help us better match room size with estimated attendance. You do have the option to change your mind.

Cancellation Policy:
A $25 processing fee is assessed for refunds requested prior to Tuesday, May 7. Refund requests made after Tuesday, May 7 will be assessed 50% of the registration fee. Refunds are not offered due to an attendee’s inability to attend due to weather conditions or airline cancellations.
Hotel Information
The DoubleTree-Park Place is the 2024 Iverson Bell Regional Diversity Summit headquarter hotel. It is located at 1500 Park Place Blvd., Minneapolis, MN 55416.

Standard Guest Room Rate is $119+ applicable taxes and fees for single/double/triple/quad rate. All guest room rates include complimentary internet access in guest rooms, public space, and meeting rooms, access to an indoor pool, fitness center and on-site restaurant.
Make a Reservation
Book online here or by calling the hotel directly at 952-542-8600, press “0” when prompted by the main menu. Identify yourself as a participant of the Iverson Bell Midwest Regional Diversity Summit Group to receive the special group rate.
Cancel a Reservation
Reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card equal to one night’s room and tax. Cancellations must be made seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival to avoid charge for the first night’s room and tax. Reservations can be cancelled by calling the hotel directly at 1-800-245-9190 and obtaining a cancellation number. No shows will be charged for the first night’s room and tax.
Pet-friendly rooms are available for $50 non-refundable fee and the maximum weight is 50 pounds for a medium sized pet.

Check-in time is 3:00 pm.
Check-out is 11:00 am.
