Inclusive Excellence Symposium

Inclusive excellence symposium. One health, one community. November 4, 2026

Date: Wednesday, November 4, 2026
Location: Ben Pomeroy Student-Alumni Learning Building

Join the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine for its inaugural Inclusive Excellence Symposium, an exploration of how One Health and inclusive excellence come together to strengthen the health of animals, people, and communities.

The symposium will highlight the work of SIRVS and VeTOUCH, two CVM programs expanding access to veterinary care through community partnership, service, and education. Special guest Dr. Kwane Stewart, known as “The Street Vet,” will share how compassionate, accessible veterinary care can transform lives on both ends of the leash.
