College of Veterinary Medicine Dean Laura Molgaard recently announced that VBS Associate Professor Erin Burton has accepted the position of Senior Associate Dean for Academic and Student Affairs with the College of Veterinary Medicine. In this role, Burton will provide strategic leadership and coordination of the DVM program, oversight of the Office of Academic and Student Affairs, to include admissions, student affairs and well being, curriculum, educational policies and outcomes assessment. She will work closely with other academic leaders including the department chairs, other associate deans, and the Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and will report directly to Dean Molgaard.
