The USAID One Health Workforce (OHW) recently released its Year 4 Annual Report. OHW is developing a health workforce that is prepared to prevent, detect, and respond to the threat of infectious diseases around the world.
Students gathered with their mentors for a fun evening of printmaking. They used specimens from the anatomy museum at the CVM and were taught how to convert their drawings onto printing plates using simple tools and a full-size printing press. Students and mentors learned how printing was done centuries ago and how it was used in science and veterinary medicine in the past.

Recently, H & H Veterinary Service in Benson, Minn., won the December drawing, and Waconia Veterinary Clinic in Waconia, Minn., won the January drawing.
The Minnesota Veterinary Business Management Association (VBMA) board is interested in gathering information from past VBMA members in an effort to improve the club and create a better, more valuable experience for current members. Environmental issues are very important to Eva Reinicke, ’16 DVM, who grew up on an organic farm in upstate New York. That’s why she studied environmental education as an undergrad and, more recently, became a honey bee veterinarian.
